WebAssembler.NET is a high-productivity, model-driven, low-code application platform solution allowing software developers and business analysts to quickly design, develop, and deploy web applications on premises, in a private cloud, or in the public cloud. Developed by AlfaSoft.
For implementation, Process Designer offers a graphical process design and modeling interface. Process models created in the modeler can be handed-off to IT staff who utilize this simple to use, drag and drop interface for quickly designing process and data flows and to implement business rules. Developers directly implement these processes for execution by creating and populating each service task in the process flow. Process Modeler & Designer utilize BPMN standards based notation.
WebAssembler includes support for rich forms that can be created very easily without writing any code. Dynamic, AJAX based forms or Silverlight are also offered which include support for instantaneous validations, sophisticated layouts and dynamic behavior. These forms can be used either to trigger business processes or as workflow tasks in running flows.
Powerful data integration capability includes support for complex data formats and transformation. Data transformation engine allows any-to-any mapping between different data formats. Complex data processing functions are included such as string, math, and conditional operations as well as DB and XML file look-up. Data can be aggregated from multiple sources and brought into the process flow & also sent to various applications.

WebAssembler contains a development environment, a run-time environment, and a web-based operating system. The development environment is a set of web-based tools allowing users to develop applications. The run-time environment knows how to execute these applications. When creating an application in a WebAssembler low-code platform, the developer will work within a graphical interface to visually model the application by dragging and dropping front-end UI components, business logic and functions, workflow and processes, and database tables and schemas.

All-in-one solution is based on web technologies and includes three sub-systems:
a) intranet (e-Registry),
b) extranet (e-Filing) and
c) public information portal.
Intranet (e-Registry) sub-system consists of a number of fully functional application modules (functional components) that provide specific business functionality to the Registry staff. Main modules include:
PRE-REGISTRATION (name search & reservation),
REGISTRATION (incorporation of various types of legal entities),
POST-REGISTRATION (annual return, change of particulars, certified search report, etc.).
Extranet (e-Filing) is a web-based sub-system that allows authorized external users to open an account and get secure, controlled access to certain data or system functionalities, through a personalized virtual workplace. Such users can submit applications online, make online payment and receive registration certificates electronically – all from the comfort of their office or home.
Public information portal is the Registry’s public web site open to the general public that provides information on all related laws, policies, regulations, fees and other relevant materials. It is integrated with e-Filing module providing public users with convenient access to register/log into their e-Filing accounts.
Case Management consists of methodology and functionality developed based on best world case management practices described in LegalXML and JusticeXML standarts.
Audio Recording application provides automation of the court high quality recording process, including online and offline recording. Audio records retrieval and transcription process is simplified and provided by means of web interface based on WebAssembler.
System covers all phases of construction process and allows for application, processing and issuing all documents required for constructing and commissioning immovable property. Processes covered include Architectural Planning Assignment, approvals from electricity, water and gas suppliers, issuance of Demolition (if required) and Construction permits, granting Occupancy permit. Another module provides for Re-zoning (change of purpose) of premises.
Solution for government agencies to facilitate procurement process and make it transparent for sellers and buyers. It integrates with yearly public procurement plan consisting of separate procurement items (CPV codes). Solution replaces paper-based mechanism for issuance and record keeping of Tax Invoices (Invoice) and Waybills utilized by legal entities in their everyday business activities. e-Factura also performs validation of the tax invoices and waybills to check whether the content was filled-out correctly (by providing correct identification data related to the subjects of invoicing, performing automatic totaling calculations with and without VAT, VAT rate, etc.) and minimizing transaction related risks. VAT amounts are automatically reported to the Main Tax Inspectorate. Tax Cadastre is a web-based intranet application, which provides functionalities for collecting, calculating, management and monitoring of taxable properties. The functionalities are designed to be in strong conformity with the current tax laws, tax service regulations and procedures. The system integrates data sources from National Cadastre and National Audit Chamber to build the debtors list and generate tax bills. Nationwide online service for physical persons to submit income tax declarations. Solution allows citizens to create, verify, digitally sign and submit declarations without the need to visit tax authority office.
Comprehensive solution that automates workflows, data capture and performance monitoring at the Immigration Headquarters (including Customer Service Centre); Border Control Posts and Airports; and Regional Offices.
